COMMUNITY IMPACT
We raise people money and stuff.
All the donations raised in our annual campaign stays right here in Douglas County. We provide unrestricted funding to our 34 member agencies. Funds that can be used where needed most, from programs or administration or to secure other grants and funding. We work lean with transparency and efficiency to raise the most monies possible in a ever changing economy
Our 700 volunteers make it possible to reach out to as many potential donors as possible and to sponsor many special fundraising events through the year.
Our partnership with Home Depot allowed us to provide over $90,000 worth of building fixtures and materials to our member agencies in 2009. Materials used in Building, remodeling and especially by volunteers during out annual Day of Caring.
