SCRC serves as the umbrella agency of the resource center partnering to expand services in education, family and communities in Southern Douglas County. SCRC services include an alternative education program, summer work experience program, life skills training, intervention and support services for at-risk youth, ages 13 to 20 enrolled in school. There is also an after school program serving youth ages 6 to 12 providing art and craft activities, assistance with homework and reading, and a nutritious meal.
